New clinician update!
Welcome to "Movement Matters," Your Guide to Wellness!
Written by Dr. Rachael Macgregor DPT, DMT, FAAOMPT
We are thrilled to announce Ashley Frederick has joined the Restore Movement Physical Therapy Family. She brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective that we’re excited to have on board. We know Ashley will be a fantastic addition to our team. Please join us in welcoming her!

Ashley graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Maryville University in 2016. Having enjoyed growing up in the St. Louis area, Ashley stayed close to home to begin her career. She has enjoyed working in the outpatient orthopedic and neuro settings. She has treated a vast caseload that includes post-operative repairs and total joint replacements. She has spent time treating patients with complex medical conditions and neurodegenerative disorders.
Ashley recognizes the importance of exercise as a critical component of physical therapy treatment, but also places a strong emphasis on providing manual therapy, such as joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, and scar massage techniques. Returning patients to their maximal function is Ashley’s primary focus. She is compassionate about safety and strives to improve ambulatory and balance skills with all of her patients. With the one-on-one care model utilized by Restore Movement PT, Ashley is able to provide comprehensive care in the comfort of your home, gym, or office!
